Drew Podrebarac, quarterback at Weddington High School in North Carolina was voted MVP at the regional Nike camp at Duke University. Quoting Greg Biggins, ESPN RISE, "Podrebarac was the best. He is solid mechanically and throws a very catchable ball." Drew has been ranked the number 3 quarterback in the nation by Schumann. He is a senior this fall.
Congratulations to both Matt Martello of Ohio and Matt Williams of North Carolina who have been attracting attention as outstanding quarterbacks at the camps they have attended this summer.
Also this summer, Graham Smith was selected MVP at the 2011 QB Camp at UVa. Graham, just a freshman and 6'2", is the starting quarterback for his varsity team.
Carson Tunney, of New Albany High School, New Albany, Ohio, is the top punter in his league, district and region. Carson is also a wide receiver.
